Sales Structure

From Day 1 and ongoing, Focus takes responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing your sales structure and sales model, including the different roles and responsibilities within sales. We will drive your sales model to meet the ever-changing needs of your business.

Some examples of sales structures include:

  • A specific role that generates leads and a specific role that sells to existing accounts
  • A role that generates leads and sells to new and existing accounts
  • A hunter-farmer model where salespeople pursue new accounts and account managers pursue existing accounts
  • A tiered model where different reps are assigned to prospects/accounts based on their tier (e.g. Junior reps go after C accounts, traditional reps go after B accounts, high performing reps go after A accounts)
