From Day 1 and ongoing, Focus will help you improve and refine your entire quoting methodology, including:

  • How you qualify quotes
  • When to quote/when not to quote
  • Your quote template(s)
  • How to deliver and present your quote
  • How to follow up on your quotes
  • How to manage all quotes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

We take responsibility for all of the tools, techniques, and templates you will use for more successful quoting.

Opportunity/Project Analyzer

When appropriate, we will implement a tool called the Opportunity or Project Analyzer. This proprietary tool harnesses Focus’ expertise to help you qualify opportunities. It includes all of the questions, checklists, and scoring sheets you will need to measure the quality of each lead and determine the best opportunities to pursue.

The Opportunity/Project Analyzer can be built directly into your CRM or used as a standalone solution.
