From Day 1 and ongoing, Focus takes responsibility for developing the sales skills of the people within your sales organization.

Your assigned Sales Manager has extensive experience coaching salespeople – at any given time, we are coaching hundreds of sales reps! Our Sales Managers know that with diverse backgrounds, experience, age, history, demographic, industry, and so on, no two salespeople are the same. We take all of this into consideration when coaching.

Your Sales Manager will coach two ways:

1. Formal Sales Training

With over 30 modules to choose from (all written by Focus), your Sales Manager will organize formal training sessions both one-on-one and in groups based on their evolving gaps and needs. These modules often include exercises and follow-ups. See our sales modules now.

Your sales reps will also learn from third party articles, shadow meetings, roleplaying, cold call practicing, as well as do practice presentations and demos (when applicable).

2. On-the-Job Continuous Improvement

Real-life learning is always better than classroom learning.

So, even more important, your Sales Manager will coach your reps day-to-day using sales meetings, one-on-ones, email exchanges, and so on as needed. Each salesperson has unlimited access to their Focus sales manager/coach.
